Request the certificate number, issuing organization, validity, scope, manufacturing entity and covered models before relying on a certification badge. Apply the same discipline to factory statistics, patents, customer cases, delivery promises and warranty duration.

Review the commercial handover

Confirm configuration, packaging, lead time, Incoterms, destination services, parts, manuals, inspection records and escalation contacts in writing. A general website statement should not replace the final quotation and technical documents.

Test responsiveness with a complete brief

Provide product quantities, country, timeline, business type and the decisions still open. A consolidated brief makes it easier to assess whether the response is specific, internally consistent and usable by the wider project team.
