Frequently asked questions

Can commercial equipment specifications be confirmed before ordering?

Yes. Product-specific dimensions, weight, spring configuration, included accessories, packaging, warranty and certification should be confirmed in the quotation or technical sheet.

Can I combine products in one quote request?

Yes. Add equipment from different categories to the Quote List, adjust quantities and submit one commercial enquiry.

Can I compare Reformers?

Yes. The comparison tool accepts two to four eligible Reformer models and uses database-backed specification fields.

Can I submit a studio floor plan?

Yes. Studio Planning accepts PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 5 MB and stores the file in object storage rather than the database.

Is distributor exclusivity guaranteed?

No. Territory, pricing, minimum order, sample and exclusivity discussions require direct review and written confirmation.

What does TBC mean?
